📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: PKR 200 will be charged on order valued below PKR 3,000. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 3,000 all over Pakistan.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The minimum purchase amount (RS 3000) will be shown at checkout.

🔄 EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Period:
    Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • We do not accept onsite exchanges, the items must be sent through a traceable courier service.

  • Condition of Items:
    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase:
    A valid Order# / proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Exchange Process:

  • Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

 

🛍Orders

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
A: Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all types of bank transfers, cash on delivery and secure checkout options available at checkout.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to our size guide located on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Q: Will this item look exactly like the photos?
A: We do our best to display accurate product images. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
